SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are sent via An Post, delivery is available worldwide, the amount is calculated at checkout. The cost depends on the product and the weight and size of the product. I send original art and fine art prints via registered post or courier to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow up to a week after ordering your piece for dispatch of original artwork, it requires careful packaging and this can take time.

 

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Important information:
If I can't deliver to your address I will cancel your order. I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Local Postage:

If you are local to me, I am happy to hand deliver to your door for free. You must be based in either Annascaul, Inch or Keel to avail of free postage. I am happy to deliver to Tralee for free on Saturdays only and will contact you first to confirm I will be in the area before delivering to Tralee.
